Service Department - Our Mission
  1. Take care of our customers- a valued and honored customer creates MORE customers.
     
  2. Diagnose the problem and fix it- a spa is a machine and all machines need servicing on occasion. Our service techs will not rest until YOU are satisfied with the results.
     
  3. Respond in a timely manner- most companies do not have the resources to rapidly respond to your needs. We DO have that capability and we utilize it.
     
  4. Focus on one product and service it well- we only service spas that we sell. We will not take care of other brands of spas, only the one's that OUR customers own.
     
  5. Keep a complete inventory of parts- our spa company is the only one in the industry that provides EVERY part for EVERY spa we have sold in the past 30 plus years.
     
  6. Continually improve our product knowledge and skill- our service techs receive factory certified training every year in order to remain on the cutting-edge of CUSTOMER SERVICE in the spa industry.
